- All new computers come with a 12 Month RTB (return to base) warranty excluding software issues.
- New LCD Monitors are covered by manufacturers warranty.
- Second Hand monitors and computers are covered by a 3 month warranty excluding software issues.
- Notebooks carry a 30 day warranty (No warranty on battery) (store sales only). (Unless otherwise specified in writing)
- No Refunds will be given if you simply change your mind or you purchase the incorrect items.
- NEW ITEMS: Any returned goods must be in original unopened condition.
- NEW ITEMS: 20% restocking fee applies on returned new items. Store credit only will be offered for balance.
- NEW ITEMS: NO refund can be given on Non-Faulty, opened new items.
- All returned items will be tested if thought to be faulty by the customer. If the item is found not to be faulty, then a $25 service fee with report will be applied.
- Any faulty items returned under warranty will be returned to manufacturer for warranty process. No in-store exchanges can be given.
- USED ITEMS: A refund will only be offered if returned within 7 days of purchase. A 10% Restocking fee applies to all used items
- Faulty used items may be exchanged in-store, subject to parts availability
- Strictly 3 Month limited warranty from date of original purchase applies for all USED goods sold over our store counter. Used laptops carry 3 Month warranty with no warranty on battery. (Unless otherwise specified in writing)
- Smartcom may at its discretion, refuse to carry a warranty on the customers behalf if Smartcom technicians believe fault is due to deliberate misuse of item. Under no circumstance will Smartcom carry out warranty claims for physically damaged items; in such cases the customer must deal directly with manufacturer.
